About Us We're Jack A Maynard and Doug Hazelman. We own several properties in the St. Petersburg and Guflport, FL area. Jack has a background in construction and Doug has a background in technology. Together we purchase properties, make them liveable and rent them out at fair market rates. We have multiple units in Gulfport, FL as well as St. Petersburg. We've also flipped and are usually in the process of flipping properties.
